My wife Jess and I have been living on our boat since October of 2004. That's it below me in this picture. I'm up on top of the mast replacing something. We had bought the boat with the intention of going sailing after she graduated from her Masters of Architecture program. But, along the way we had to delay. Now we have an extra crew member to come along with us. Our new son William.
We replaced or repaired almost every component on the boat and added a lot of stuff to it too. The final repairs will be done in New Orleans after we travel down the Mississippi and then it is off the Gulf!
